Former pro footballer and Lincoln City manager Shane Westley talks about his journey from elite sport to celebrity personal training and everything in between.

Our mission is to ‘delight our clients from the achievement of fat loss and dietary intervention’.

We are a holistic health and fitness centre who strives to reinvent the way in which people exercise, through fun and interactive group-based sessions. We are dedicated towards improving the lives of the people who walk through our doors!

Who are we ?

Shane is one of the most knowledgeable and forward-thinking figures currently working in fitness. His considerable experience as an elite athlete (he played over 450 games during a 17-year professional football career) and a student of sports science allow him to create bespoke packages for clients that are built around their lifestyle and needs

30+ Health and Performance believe that they offer clients something different and most importantly, something that works.

While Shane’s considerable experience through his football career means he can give clients detailed dietary and fitness plans; the team are all fully qualified, dedicated Personal Trainers who ensure all our clients have their goals met and exceeded.

A working mother of 10 year old twin daughters, for over 20 years Sima Westley has successfully held senior corporate management positions within multiple blue chip organisations including Coca-Cola, BBC and latterly Warner Bros.

She was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer in 2018 and following a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, radio therapy and reconstructive surgery she was given the 5 year ‘all clear’

As a survivor of breast cancer, mother and career driven individual she understands not only the value of health and vitality but the very real challenges many of us face in juggling and committing to a health and fitness regime alongside family and work commitments. She leads by example and is passionate about health, personal growth, work life balance, mindset and emotional wellbeing.

As Operations Director at 30+ Health and Performance she heads up all things finance, sales, marketing and customer relations. Please reach out to her with any questions, ideas, suggestions and feedback. Our goal is to deliver world class results, a world class experience and a lot of bloody fun!

Meet Becky, a dynamic and dedicated individual hailing from the vibrant county of Essex. Becky is not just a personal trainer by profession but a passionate advocate for fitness and wellness.

Having embarked on the journey of personal training in 2015, Becky has honed her skills and expertise in the fitness industry. The initial step into the world of fitness marked the beginning of a transformative career that has left a lasting impact on the lives of many.

With a comprehensive background in personal training, Becky has not only helped clients achieve their fitness goals but has also become a source of motivation and inspiration. The commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest fitness trends has allowed Becky to tailor workouts that are both effective and enjoyable.

In 2018, Becky made a strategic shift in her career by specialising in group training. Recognising the power of collective energy and motivation, Becky found a new passion in leading and inspiring groups towards their fitness aspirations. Group training has allowed Becky to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among participants, creating an environment where individuals push each other to achieve new heights.

Beyond the gym, Becky is a firm believer in the importance of a balanced lifestyle. Whether it’s promoting mindful eating habits, emphasising the significance of adequate rest, or encouraging a positive mindset.

Taylor Turner is a pre-registration MSc Chartered Physiotherapist (HCPC+CSP) and BSc Exercise Scientist who has attained a first-class degree. He has further been awarded the BSc sport and exercise science best overall performance prize at the University of Essex and has had consistent appearances on the faculty of science and health Deans’ list for his academic efforts.

Since leaving University Taylor gained experience within the private healthcare sector as a cardiac and cancer rehabilitation specialist before enrolling onto his physiotherapy course. Taylor is now practicing at 30+ Health and Performance as a specialist group exercise instructor and accountability coach.

Aside from Taylor’s academic involvement, he has over five years of relevant experience within the health and fitness industry alongside a level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer qualification. Taylor is dedicated towards improving the lives of others and encourages others to join 30+ Health and Performance where he and the team promise to deliver great guidance and coaching every step of the way.

Outside of Taylor’s work life he is a keen football player and regular attendee in the group sessions at 30+!

Jake is a dedicated coach with a decade of experience in the industry.

His passion for helping others reach their full potential is evident in his coaching style, where he thrives on witnessing personal growth and achievements. Outside of coaching, Jake enjoys working out, embarking on long rambles, and exploring new places. A true sports enthusiast, Jake has a special affinity for footb l, which fuels his dynamic and engaging approach to coaching.

Despite his commitment to fitness and coaching, Jake doesn’t take life too seriously. He loves socializing and brings a sense of fun and camaraderie to every interaction. Additionally, he has a deep appreciation for mindfulness, believing that mental well-being is just as important as physical health. This holistic approach makes Jake a well-rounded and inspiring figure to those he coaches, encouraging them to find balance and joy in their journeys.
