Sima’s journey from senior corporate roles at companies like Coca-Cola and Warner Bros. to overcoming breast cancer has shaped her commitment to wellness and resilience. As the Operations Director, she combines strategic thinking with personal empathy, overseeing client relations, marketing, and the behind-the-scenes magic. A champion of emotional well-being and balance, Sima empowers clients—especially women—to take control of their health, mindset, and lifestyle with confidence.

Becky brings a calm, focused presence to the coaching team, with a strong emphasis on improving movement quality, joint health, and long-term functionality.
