Absolutely fantastic group. The studio sessions are well planned, hard and weirdly very enjoyable. The coaches (Shane (gaffer), Becky, Taylor and Jake) are highly motivating, fun and challenge you through each round during classes. Great social side to the group as well.

Absolutely would recommend, amazing staff whom are there to help whenever needed . The group exercises are second to none . I'm so excited to move forward to the next stage . This has made such huge difference to my health and the way I feel . If your sitting on the fence wondering whether to take the leap and get fitter and feel more energised, do it you won't regret it !!!!

Following the 6 week foundation program, I’ve improved my habits resulting in looking and feeling much better. With guidance, my diet has improved, my water intake increased and managing 3 exercise sessions a week. Carrying on now on a monthly basis doesn’t seem daunting, it’s exciting to keep going

I would highly recommend this class to everyone. The first time in my life that I have enjoyed exercise! The team are supportive, friendly and welcoming to all. You can tailor the workouts to align with your fitness level and there is constant support with this during the classes. They offer class times in the morning and evening to fit well around work and life commitments. Becky, Taylor, Jake and Shane thank you guys so much for your support! 💪

An add for 30 plus popped up on my fb feed and i was curious so dropped them an email. Had the pleasure of dealing with Shane, who’s a real character! I was subsequently invited to join a non committal first session and loved it! Since then, Ive participated in the 6 week introductory programme and the results speak for themselves having lost weight, toned up and feel great in clothes (see before and after pics). The best thing about 30 plus is the flexibility of classes which fit in with my chaotic life and the positive atmosphere and comradery enjoyed by those in attendance. I have now signed up for the full program and thoroughly recommend this to you if you’re of a certain age (i’m 56) and are determined to make the best of what you’ve got left!

I was very active in my early 20s and lost interest the last several years. 30+ H&P has made my fall in love with the gym again. I recently moved to Hockley and the people at the gym have welcomed me with open arms. Love the workouts and the community.

30 Plus run 50 min group sessions that cover everything from stretching, cardio, free weights and core strength. The sessions are demanding but varied and fun, and the staff friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. If, like me, you are not a self motivator when it comes to exercise, this gym is ideal.

Shane and the team really put your through your paces, you never know what to expect but with every session you can feel your body getting fitter and more flexible, the motivation for coming back is to see just how far you can push yourself!

I joined 30 Plus back in April 2022.
At that time my health was suffering from left knee 3/4 cartilage missing and long term Coivd issues after catching the original Covid, being admitted to hospital and only surviving after taking part in plasma trials, plus being 20 Stone in weight.
I had severe knee pain and was advised the reason behind the pain, was not the cartilage issue, I had lost muscle mass that supported the knee/leg.
While flicking through Facebook, I came across Shane's add for 30 plus and thought I'd have a chat with Shane about all my ailments to see if he could help....fast forward to 2024 and I'm 2 stone lighter, and more amazingly I've been skiing in 2023 and 2024 having strengthened my left leg with the support of 30 Plus. This I thought was never going to be possible again, but with Shane and all the instructors help, the family group support from all the group members, this became possible for the first time since 2017!!
I'd encourage anyone, doubting their own health/fitness ability to take the first step in picking up the phone and discussing your issues and then sign up for the 6 week trial, you will be surprised on what to will achieve within this period and won't look back.....give it a try, what have you got to lose!

Great sessions, great vibe! Really knowledgeable team who are always happy to help with questions, exercise form and the obligatory kick up the bottom if needed! Much more energy and I can feel my body changing and getting stronger 💪🏻

I met Shane at a business group and instantly liked his infectious personality. He was so passionate about his gym and it sounded like just what I needed.

I joined and did the 6 week programme and absolutely loved it. All the instructors are great and make a real effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome and part of the family.

The workouts are always varied and I was amazed at how strong I became so quickly. Everything is shown and explained so having never lifted weights properly before wasn’t an issue. It’s addictive to see if you can constantly beat your best too!

I lost 12lb in my 6 weeks and have never felt so clear headed mentally. I’m signing up to become a fully fledged member now too because I loved it that much. It’s not a get slim quick programme it’s a programme for life which is what I love about it. I could be doing this until I’m 80 and never get bored.

Highly recommend to everyone!

I started the 6 weeks foundation and I love it! I have never enjoyed exercise the way I do now and I am looking forward to my health journey with 30+ health and fitness! The team Shane, Becky and Taylor are all so lovely and really get you through the sessions!
